The magnetic pump has no dynamic seal and adopts a static, closed seal method to achieve no leakage. It is suitable for transporting highly corrosive and dangerous liquids, and the working conditions and operation of the magnetic pump are required.
Must see before operating magnetic pump
1. After installation, rotate the coupling by hand to check for friction.
2. To prevent debris from entering the pump, a filter is installed at the pump inlet, with a filtration area 3-4 times larger than the cross-sectional area of the pipeline.
3. It is strictly prohibited to idle or empty the medium.
4. Check the pump outlet pipeline and strictly prohibit starting the pump when the inlet pipeline is fully closed.
5. The medium being transported and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material. The operating temperature of F46 material for the fluoroplastic pump is less than 120 ℃, and the operating temperature of PFA material is less than 160 ℃. When the conveying suction pressure is under negative pressure, it is necessary to consider that the cavitation allowance of the device must be greater than that of the pump. A liquid without hard particles and fibers with a viscosity not exceeding 30X10-6m2/S.
6. Before starting the pump: Open the inlet valve and fill the pump with the necessary liquid to be transported; Close the outlet valve; Click on the electric motor to check if the pump's direction of rotation is correct; Remember not to start the pump when it rotates in reverse.
7. After the pump is running, the outlet valve should slowly open. After the pump reaches normal operation, you can adjust the outlet valve to the desired opening. Trial run for 5-10 minutes. If there are no abnormalities, it can be put into operation.
8. Parking operation: Close the outlet valve; Cut off the power supply; Close the inlet, shut down for a long time, clean the flow channel inside the pump, and cut off the power supply.
